1. Product Listings and Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate, including pricing, descriptions, stock availability, and images.

All listed products must comply with local laws and not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

Sellers must guarantee the quality and authenticity of their products.

2. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping products within the specified handling time.

Sellers must notify the platform immediately if they are unable to fulfill an order.

3. Funds Disbursement
Payment from buyers will be collected by eswatinionline.com and held in escrow until:

After a period of 7 days has elapsed

No disputes have been raised within 72 hours after delivery.

After this window, funds (less platform commission or fees) will be released to the seller’s registered payout method ( mobile money or eft)

In case of buyer disputes, funds may be temporarily held until the issue is resolved.

4. Refunds and Disputes

If a product is defective, not as described, or not delivered, the seller is liable for issuing a full refund.

Repeated disputes or poor performance may lead to penalties or removal from the platform.

Any applicable service, transaction, or withdrawal fees will be deducted from the seller’s balance.

5. Compliance and Termination
Sellers must comply with all terms; failure may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
